Who doesn't want a little extra luck? House of Charlemagne, on March 14th, can help you with just that. They will be showing you how to design and make your own "LUCKY" centerpiece just in time for spring! Everything you need will be included, and they will be featuring plants that are said to bring good luck, friendship and fortune. Tap House Grill - St. Pat's Weekend

All St. Patrick's Weekend long, Tap House Grill is, without a doubt, channeling the Irish spirit. Starting March 15th, head there at 4pm for a FREE Happy Hour Buffet - but the festivities are far from over! On Saturday and Sunday, head back to Tap House Grill to enjoy Guinness, Specialty Shots, Green Beer and more. Feeling lucky? They will also have Luck of the Irish Raffles, giving you the chance to win gift cards and $500 in cash prizes!


St. Charles Park District - Pot of Gold Park Stroll

This year, start your St. Patrick's Day Weekend off right with getting fresh air surrounded by nature. The St. Charles Park District is hosting their FREE "Pot of Gold" Park Stroll on March 16th from 10am-12pm. This event is great for the whole family (even your pup), as you'll get to take a stroll throughout Mt. St. Mary Park, staying on the lookout for some St. Patrick's Day gems. Plus, all participants will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win River View Miniature Golf passes. Be sure to wear your green to add a bit of good luck!


Riverlands Brewing - St. Baldrick's Head Shaving Event

On Saturday, March 16th, not only can you celebrate St. Patrick's Weekend by having a delicious, thirst-quenching pint from Riverlands Brewing, but you can also take part in an event that raises money for a great cause. Riverlands Brewing will be hosting St. Baldrick's 25th Anniversary Head Shaving Event, where contributions will go towards St. Baldrick's - the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants. Take your Irish-spirit into the great North! Starting at 10am on March 16th, join Dukes Northwoods for their all-day St. Paddy's Party that will be going strong all the way until 2am on March 17th! They'll have a live DJ playing music from 1pm-9pm, and $6 green tea shots to keep the celebration going. If you're feeling hungry, they have March specials that you can view here, that include Reubens, Meat Loaf, Scallops and more. Aside from the specials, you can never go wrong with their Smash Burger that hits the spot every time! Also, did we forget to mention that they'll be serving up green beer, as well?

All day, they will be running terrific deals on Guinness, Jameson, and Tullamore Dew - all your St. Patrick's Day staples.
