MION Artisan Soap is a family-owned company that started off as just a table at local farmer's markets, and has since evolved into two brick-and-mortar locations, one of which is on First Street in St. Charles. This is a great opportunity to support local, and there is a lot taking place making this the ultimate shopping weekend. During the weekend, there will be food trucks, pop-up vendors, and even a grand prize giveaway!

With every purchase you make during the STC Shop Crawl at one of the participating stores, you'll be given a QR code that will lead you to an entry form in ordered to be entered to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize consists of a basket with goodies from all the participating shops, as well a free dinner for two at The Graceful Ordinary.

Many other local businesses are jumping in and getting involved in the STC Shop Crawl! Be on the lookout for pop-up vendors including Chanla Chau Cosmetics, who will be at The Pep Line both Saturday and Sunday, or shop for a Pilea plant with the Modern Domestic Woman who will be at The Pep Line as well on Saturday & Sunday. 100% of the proceeds from the Modern Domestic Women's sales will go to Refuge for Women, a nonprofit organization that supports women who have escaped human trafficking or sexual exploitation. With all that shopping, you're bound to work up an appetite. Fortunately for you, you're in luck, as their will be some local food trucks during the STC Shop Crawl that you can swing by to refuel. Need to add some pep in your step? Grab an award-winning coffee from the Open Door Coffee Truck, or a refreshing Italian Soda. Feeling cheesy? The Hippie Gourmet Grilled Cheese Food Truck will be at The Pep Line on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3:30pm, serving up all that grilled cheese goodness.
