How Q Center hosts so many meetings and events

Did you know that since 2022, Q Center has averaged about 26,000 visitors attending more than 250 meetings per year?

Q Center is one of the Midwest's most versatile conference venues thanks in large part to their huge campus. On site, meeting and event planners can take advantage of having over 100 classrooms and breakout rooms, two ballrooms and three amphitheaters at their fingertips - providing flexibility to create and host events of all shapes and sizes. In addition, they also have over 1,000 guest rooms for overnight accommodations.

Amenities like those available through the Complete Meeting Package (CMP) that Q Center offers, designed to make event and meeting planning seamless by supplying all the essentials at single price point. These include the aforementioned overnight accommodations and general session and breakout meeting spaces, along with three buffet-style meals and refreshment breaks, technology, and more.

In addition to meetings, Q Center serves as a venue for local galas, fundraisers, and more. Non-profits such as CASA Kane County and Community Crisis Center frequently host impactful events in the elegant Fox River Ballrooms, raising funds and awareness for meaningful causes.
