Brand New Faces joining St. Charles
Billy Bricks – Going in the former Glory City location at 11 N. Third Street, Billy Bricks is looking to serve up homemade pizza, meatballs, wings and plenty of other delicious menu items when they open, which is going to be soon! Graceful Ordinary – Aiming to arrive late this spring in the former BMO Harris Bank location, Graceful Ordinary is breaking down the bank and transforming it into what is going to be a magnificent, beautiful restaurant. Keep your eyes on this restaurant because when acclaimed Chicago-chef Chris Curren and his wife Megan open those doors, prepare to be transported out of the burbs and into a world of culinary bliss. Bella European Bistro – This new business comes with some familiar faces! The former owners of DRM Cafe & Delicatessen wanted to expand their already amazing repertoire into a bigger location they could call home. Now just located up the street at 3843 E. Main Street, their new restaurant, Bella European Bistro, is taking all the amazing DRM recipes and serving them alongside their new recipes in their larger space with an outdoor patio and larger kitchen. Southern Cafe – It’s been in the works for awhile, but looks like it is almost here! Southern Cafe is bringing their signature breakfasts to their location in Tin Cup Pass, Explore their expansive menu or even come try their signature “Nasty Biscuit,” a buttermilk flaky drop biscuit stuffed with crispy Southern fried chicken breast topped with cheezy scrambled eggs and smothered in country gravy atop crispy hash browns. Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop – This old business is seeing new owners who are ready to show why Capriotti’s Sandwiches are some of the best around! The store carries the flagship Capriotti’s sandwiches you know and love like the Bobbie, Capastrami, Cole Turkey and more! They also have great salads and desserts to try too! They have already reopened so make sure to put in your order and stop by!
