Spring is almost gone already (crazy as it sounds) as we begin to head to summer! Looks like the heat is bringing some new businesses in and helping some old friends reopen! May our May Business roundup help you find some of the hottest places this summer.
Club Arcada and the Arcada Theatre – 105 E Main St.
Although the COVID-19 pandemic impacted businesses heavily, it provided some opportunity for others such as the historic Arcada Theatre. With their venue closed, the Arcada used the time to renovate, completing extensive renovations to polish the theatre and make the “Gem of the Fox Valley” shine brighter than ever before. The first on the docket to open is the famous Club Arcada Speakeasy & Restaurant for all to enjoy high-class entertainment, food and drinks. The Arcada will also be opening their other new additions: Rock ‘N Za restaurant, BarCada, Rock ‘N Ravioli and the Arcadian suites, as well as the Theater soon! Make sure to follow the Arcada Theatre for all the updates on when everything will open and visit their website to start finding live music performances!

2. Trend + Relic – 1501 Indiana Ave.
Trend + Relic has been open for over a year, but they just hosted their Grand Re-Opening event on May 1 to celebrate their expansion! Come check out their awesome selection of vintage goods and more! Check out their Facebook, Instagram and/or website for more information.
3. Eden Restaurant and Events – 1 Illinois St.
Formerly Eden on the River, Eden Restaurant and Events underwent quite the makeover, adding a brand new enclosed patio space to enjoy for dining, live music and events. Their menu has also made some changes, but still count on finding the best Meditteranean cuisine around at Eden. Their live music has already kicked off with their grand reopening on May 1, so check their social media and website for live music and more!
4. Magnolia Soap and Bath – St. Charles – 1 Illinois St Ste. 110

5. Trilogy Lounge – 2051 Lincoln Hwy
Trilogy Lounge is a new night club and event space in the former Paradiso restaurant space, and actually just celebrated their grand opening on the April 30th weekend! Trilogy Lounge will feature regular DJs as well as live music in their 5,000 sq. ft. space. They will also look to host events like comedy shows and salsa dance nights. Come reserve their back room that can be rented out for parties and featuring catering, as well as have plans to put in an outdoor patio on the backside of their building. 6. Bogart’s Bar – 219 W. Main St.
The former Ed’s Basement did some rebranding and remodeling and are now open again for business! Stop in to try a selection of Illinois craft brews or check out their pinball machines or dart boards! They’ll also have trivia and bingo events coming back so be sure to check their Facebook for updates!
